We ourselves are a small business so are all to aware of the importance of keeping the cost of energy down.

With some of our energy brokers having in excess of 15 years experience in the energy industry our advice is second to none. We are independent and have no preference to any energy supplier so our advice is not conflicted and we will always put you first.

Nova Energy is ethically driven and customer focused, we will always put the customer first and believe this makes us different to the many other energy consultancy companies out there. Through offering honesty and professionalism through our services we believe we are one of the best in the UK.

We are independent and this allows us to be impartial when quoting.

We are not linked in anyway to any other energy brokerage or energy supplier that would cause any conflict in our quoting process. We therefore stand by the fact that we are 100% impartial and the customer will always get the very best price on the market on the day of the energy contract.

Offering free lifetime support on all utility contracts

In an ideal world all utility contracts would run there length without issues. This is not always the case so we offer free support throughout the contract term.

What this means is that if problems arise with any suppliers we will try and resolve the issues for you free of charge, whether that be a billing issue and a payment plan put in place or just poor customer service. We will use our experience and contacts to resolve the issue to the best of our ability so that you are not stressed over such issues and do not waste your resources and time doing this yourself. The free lifetime support is offered to all utility contracts that Nova Energy has put in place and that are still live through Nova Energy.
